What happens when our school orders CCC! Streaming Media?


If you are interested in acquiring CCC! Streaming Media for your school, New Dimension Media will submit a Quote and negotiate a price with your representative. When we receive your Purchase Order, we'll submit an Invoice for payment. In the meantime, we can set up your order and, in most instances, have your teachers and students online within 24 hours.




May we get a listing of titles?


With so many titles in CCC! Streaming Media, it's costly to print and mail catalogs. However, I would be glad to send you a PDF or Excel spreadsheet listing our titles. Just email bscivally@cccstreaming.com and request a program list.




The videos aren’t playing on our computers. What do we do?


If videos aren't playing, our tech will work with you to resolve any playback issues.




Is there an app we can download to play the videos on a TV?


No, I'm sorry. At this time, we do not have an app for playing CCC! Streaming Media on TVs and SmartTVs.




I can’t get the videos to work. May I have a refund?


If we are unable to get CCC! Streaming Media working adequately for your school, we will process a full refund.




Are your videos aligned to standards?


The majority of the videos in CCC! Streaming Media are aligned to state standards.




Are your videos closed captioned?


The majority of the videos in CCC! Streaming Media are closed captioned.
